The Toughest Job You’ll Ever Love

We don’t have jobs, we have ministries ….
and ministries can be as difficult as they are rewarding. Working at Crosspoint means running to the fire rather than fleeing to safety. It means realizing there is a battle going on, and real people and their faith are on the line. We are here to help people find their way to God, then develop a life running after him and helping others do the same!

The hundreds of volunteers who make up this place are the real heroes. Our staff members are their guides. Together, we partner to chase after people from our community and neighborhoods to the ends of the earth.

Below is a listing of current job openings at Crosspoint Church.

If you would like to apply for one of the available positions, you will be asked to submit a job application and resume.  In the event your qualifications meet the requirements of the position, a representative from Team Crosspoint will contact you for an interview. If your resume is not considered for the positions currently available, all resumes are retained for one year and will be reviewed for future job openings during that time.

Thank you for interest in Crosspoint Church as a possible employer.
