Adult Service Safety Measures
- Masks are recommended for everyone in the Venue and Commons spaces.
- Hand sanitizer is available upon entry.
- Exterior doors will open 15 minutes before each service.
- Open seating is available in the Venue. Intentionally distanced rows and seats are available for those who prefer a little more distance.
- Seats are properly sanitized between services.
- Guests are asked not to attend if they are feeling ill, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
Volunteer Safety Measures
- Masks are required for all Kids Environment volunteers.
- Masks are recommended for Venue volunteers.
- Hands are sanitized or washed before doors open.
- Everyone is asked to refrain from offering handshakes or hugs.
- Volunteers will not be allowed to serve if they are feeling ill, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
- Fully Vaccinated (+14 Days): Volunteers not required to quarantine from COVID-19 exposure, assuming no symptoms.
- Un-Vaccinated or Partially Vaccinated: Volunteers are asked not to attend if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
- Online pre-serve talk-through prior to Sunday AM.
Nursery (0-18 months) Safety Measures
- Check-in is touchless & pre-registration encouraged. Walk-in’s are based on availability.
- Masks are required for volunteers.
- Masks are not required for infants in the Nursery.
- Supplies are prepackaged.
- Rooms are properly sanitized between services.
If your child experiences any of the COVID-19 symptoms this week, tests positive for COVID-19, or is identified as being in close physical contact with anyone positive with COVID-19 before they attended service this weekend, we kindly ask that you contact us at registrations@crosspointweb.org.
If your child is identified as a close contact to a positive COVID-19 case while they attended service this week, someone from our staff will reach out to you to discuss. All information will be kept confidential.
Toddler (18mo – 3½ yrs) Safety Measures

- Masks are not required for toddler aged children (3½ and younger).
- Supplies are prepackaged.
- Rooms are properly sanitized between services.
- Children are asked not to attend if they are feeling ill, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.

- We do not offer food or snacks.

CSM (7-12 Grade) Safety Measures
- Check-in is touchless.
- WORSHIP EVENTS: Pre-registration encouraged through selecting seats.
- SMALL GROUPS: Distancing and safety measures in place.
- Masks are required for all students and volunteers.
- Rooms are properly sanitized between services.
- Students are asked not to attend if they are feeling ill, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
As our community and world continue to navigate the Covid-19 pandemic, we at Crosspoint want to be part of the solution. In doing so, all Crosspoint Weekend Services along with Kids and Student Environments are available on the Digital Platform as well as in-person.
While we have continued to pivot and make adjustments, Crosspoint has seen increased engagement, increased service attendance with participation in over 22 states, and individuals making faith commitments, and finding their way to God! It has been a powerful and transformational season!
Protocols will continue to be evaluated based on CDC and local health recommendations and health trends, but also our ability to have the number of volunteers we need in place to guarantee a safe & quality experience for everybody.
