What will we be talking about this session?

The focus for this session will be on the pillar of Victory.  Many organizations know how to drive towards success, however, many do not attain what they deem as success.  At this point, organizations end up in crisis management mode which leads to an unhealthy working environment that is often difficult to win back.  As we explore what Victory looks like in an organization, we will look at the ways that we, as leaders, can avoid crisis management while at the same time promoting positive growth within our organizations.  If there is one pillar of LIFT that ties the others together, it’s this one.
