You’ve heard that they “go together like a horse and carriage” but sometimes, marriage isn’t all the lovey dovey stuff you thought it would be.

A 5-week series looking at the ins and outs, the ups and downs, and all the little things that we do to help and hinder our relationships. Whether you’re married, hope to be or you’re not quite sure where you stand on the whole idea… there’s something for everyone to learn about LOVE & MARRIAGE.

WK 206 // LOVE BUSTERS
As weird as it may sound, after we’ve been married for awhile, we begin to develop “LOVE BUSTERS.” Those little things that we do in our relationships that can slowly sabotage them from the inside. This week, guest teacher and Crosspoint Governance Board member Scott McDonald lays out in detail 3 of the major “love busters” that many relationships face. Don’t be too nervous… there are ways to fix them.

WK 207 // HIS NEEDS v. HER NEEDS
In our second annual GAME DAY TEACH-OFF, Lead Pastor Curt Walters squares up against Julie Buchtenkirch discussing the different needs that men and women have and how meeting them (or not) makes all the difference. This week’s “game” style format brings out some humor on this potentially touchy subject. With a referee and color commentators, the laughs were flying.

Finishing up the HIS NEEDS v. HER NEEDS outlined in Dr. Willard Harley’s book of the same title, Lead Pastor Curt Walters dives into the last few of the top five needs of men & women. Meeting the needs on both sides of the fence help us understand how to affair proof our marriages.

So, what happens when the marriage vows are broken? What does the Bible say about Divorce? Is it permissible or should we “stick it out?” This week Lead Pastor, Curt Walters dives into these hard questions and with the help of a real life story of unfaithfulness, forgiveness, and grace we can see that GOD is always writing a story of grace… and it’s our decision to be a part of it.
